LiveCard is a personal project, that I researched, planned and designed as part of UX UI course in Codesigner , later I developed it into a real business powered by WordPress & Elementor.
LiveCard offers business owners & freelancers to create their own virtual business card, from signing up, through color selection and publishing it upon payment. Give it a look!
The Challange
Design a mobile app which allows users creating a virtual business card. The creation should be simple as possible, yet comprehensive and should meet all their needs from a business card.
Conclusions From Competitive Analysis
Signup required
Via Phone, Email, Facebook or Google, due to the fact that users should return and make edits.
Free trial
Many few people will be willing to pay before they tried the system in some way.
Build in small bites
Avoid long and overwhelming forms, break into steps.
Live edit
Many competitors allow editing in 1 place and viewing in another. On-screen edits are much more fun and engaging.
Customization
Let users choose their brand colors, and make the card as personalized and brand related as possible.
Templates
When it comes to customization, not everyone has the creative mind for it, therefore, some pre-made templates will make it easier for them.
Payment in the end
If payment is needed, put it in the end, before going live.
